Thylacine Rescue - Very BIG - limited release of 10

265.00

A limited run of 10 extra large prints of my original painting “Thylacine Rescue” signed and numbered and printed with stellar resolution onto 300gsm 100% cotton water-colour paper. These prints are designed for framing. There are 3 left.

The picture in the photo with me is 120 x 90cm and is available for $265.00 postage included unless you are an international buyer.

If you would like larger or smaller it helps if you measure the space you would like the image to take up and remember to take into account any framing and matte dimensions.

We are all sailors in this picture because a sailboat is symbolic of our journey through life. Its minimalism reminds us that it is movement we require, not things or status. Sailors represent inner resourcefulness because the choice to prioritise the well-being of the boat over your own comfort and safety, to stay functional regardless of the weather, to look into the distance to gauge the incoming weather and to always be in a state of preparation. In this painting the boat has a sense of departing, leaving the storm clouds behind and heading off for a new adventure, a new chapter. Sometimes we want to sail away because it all just seems a bit too much, our dance card suddenly overflowing. Any sailor will tell you, if you ask them why they love the water so much, that time on the open water will transform you and help you to see the world as new again.
